I Am Back!
Sorry everyone, I have been very sick on and off after several major surgeries since September 2008. I just could not sit down at my computer for any length of time. There is a good chance that I could still be hospitalized again. I have become drug resistant to some of the antibiotics that are used to treat my medical issues.
I urge everyone to use antibiotics with caution. Back in the 1960's when I was growing up Doctors gave penicillin for just about everything. Every time I would get a cold or flu I would get a shot. In the late 70's and early 80's again, I was given various versions of antibiotics when they were not necessary.
Now, I am paying the price. During one of my surgeries I contracted MRSA Staph Infection at the hospital and given IV antibiotics that just barely cleared it up. I was in the hospital for 2 full weeks and also 10 days of out patient to make sure the MRSA was cured.
So, ask your doctors about antibiotics before you use them! Especially if you grew up in the 60's and 70's and had taken a lot of them.

Sorry you have been so ill. I agree about not taking antibiotics. I am looking for a piece of music that is Instrumental only. It was played in the 50's on a radio station out of Nashville, TN. Not a country song. It was either Windy or Wendy and was many flutes & violins.. lots of trills. It is definitely NOT Wendy by the Beach Boys or Windy by The Association of the 1960's It is an entirely different piece of music. Do you know of such a piece or who recorded it? Thanks.
